What we collect. When you submit the application form, we receive the information you enter: your first and last name, email address, phone number, funding amount and purpose, time in business, average monthly revenue range, industry, legal structure, and - if you choose to provide them - your self-reported credit score range and legal business name.

How it is used. Sterling Point Capital is a business funding broker. Your information is used to place your application with funding providers and to contact you about your application. That means your application details are shared with funding providers as part of reviewing your options.

Where it is processed. This site is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf and applies spam screening to them. Like most web hosts, Netlify may also process technical information such as IP address and browser details when serving the site.

Tracking. This site does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or cookies.

Questions and requests. To ask about your information, or to request a correction or deletion, contact us through the application form on this site.
